A reader recently wrote and requested that I add -ER and -IR present indicative verb notes to my TpT page, and I am very excited about the facelift that I gave the notes that I used to use! Since I am always trying to work cultural into the content that I teach, I figured that grammar lessons should not be exempt. These new notes will introduce your students to Rafael Nadal before launching into a discussion about what it takes to be a professional athlete and what your students’ own health habits are! Download them here.
We think it’s a great idea to relate language learning to subjects like this, that students will be interested in!
We recently wrote a post on teaching students how to write biographies on Latin teen celebrities like Adam Irigoyen, Jake T, Austin, Jasmine Villegas and Victoria Justice:

Love these and already used them. Mil gracias 🙂
You don’t waste any time haha!
Silly question: I assume that, if I have purchased this, I can adapt the reading, copy and paste it into another assessment, or make up different questions? I credit you at the bottom of the assessment, of course, but I wanted to make sure that was ok. Thanks!
Yes! For your own classroom use 🙂
