Nous sommes Novice French Curriculum

Nous sommes is a Proficiency-oriented curriculum that is focused on fostering naturalistic language acquisition through by engaging students with communicatively embedded comprehensible input.

This bundle includes the first ten units of the Nous sommes curriculum along with supplemental resources. It features both our Original and our Flex curriculum units, making this our most comprehensive and adaptable bundle. In the Original curriculum units, you will find lesson plans and materials for classroom instruction. In the Flex versions of each unit, you will find additional stories and activities, as well as materials that are suited to remote teaching/learning scenarios and to provide no-prep assignments for absent students.

Depending on class period and teaching style, you can expect these materials will fill one full year of instruction in a Level 1 French class.
