This product contains 31 "Hoy en la historia" slides; one for each day of March.
Each slide describes four events: three events that happened on that day in history, and one event that is fictitious. All events are written in simple Spanish. Students should read all four events and then guess which one is the "Intruder"; the fictitious event.
These slides can be used as a Brain Break tournament, a Bellringer, a Bulletin Board, or Free Reading material for your classes.
An answer key is included for each slide (a slide that reveals which event is fictitious).

I used this as a warmup or as brain break in March. Kids were needing to get out of their seats and move. I posted ABCD around the room and they had to read the prompt and move with to the one they thought was incorrect. It was a fun way to introduce preterite, too!!

I LOVED this! My students really enjoyed this, too! It was amazing how much even my first year students could understand from the beginning!
