I found this song via the Mis Musicuentos blog, and created a Keynote (attached as a PDF) after being inspired by an observation of Betsy Paskvan's Japanese class last year in which she used a slideshow to display lyrics and images. For my classes, I recorded the PDF with the song playing in the background so that I don't have to manually click through the slides each time that we listen to the song along with the slideshow.
