Sustainability is an important concept for our students who are becoming global citizens. In this unit, students will explore the origins of chocolate and the process of keeping chocolate production sustainable. From a unit hook of chocolate tasting to a final assessment of creating a wrapper for their own sustainable chocolate, this unit will provide upper level Spanish students the skills to explain the effects of the environment on cacao and the ways to make production more sustainable.

Well, I will say that I don't like chocolate, but this unit is making me reviewing my choices. I like how students get to explore more about it, how creative the unit is. Loving it
