WINTER TRADITIONS RESOURCES FROM THE COMPREHENSIBLE CLASSROOM:

  • Great Activity, kids really enjoyed. Easy to use and great way to pull in some culture!

  • This was a great way to stay in the language, have students learning and participating, right before winter break. Everyone was involved- some students had good computer skills, some had good deductive reasoning skills, so everyone could contribute. Fun!

    Laurie D.
  • It's a little daunting to throw yourself in an escape box activity as it requires careful preparation, but this activity tells you exactly what to do step by step so that things will run smoothly. It is a good interpretive activity, and also introduced students to the Spanish tradition of Loteria.

  • This was a great activity to use right before Winter Break. It provided great input but also an interesting cultural lesson.

  • This was a great resource to use just before winter break, especially when student attention was a challenge to maintain. They had fun learning the cultural context through this resource.
