I adapted this to use for my 5th graders, who already have a pretty wide variety of food-related vocab under their belt. They loved learning about specific dishes eaten throughout the Spanish-speaking world.

This resource is fantastic! I purchased the whole SOMOS Flex curriculum, but wanted to try out the standard SOMOS, since we have all headed back in person. I am thrilled with the variety of the curriculum, from cloze activities, to songs, and a gazillion activities, this curriculum is awesome!

This is a fantastic resource to get students thinking more in-depth about topics related to food. My students loved learning about traditional foods from other cultures and discussing which foods they would like to try. This is a great resource because it includes a lot of reading.
