Your Central American Geography Unit will never be the same!

This resource will provide you with an easy to implement, acquisition-focused lesson to drop into any textbook unit that is focused on geography of Central America. Students will learn Central American geography facts with the high frequency verb "hay", "está en", and "este/esta/esto es" as they work in teams to complete an Information Gap-style Running Dictation.

First students will be introduced to important vocabulary for the lesson. Next, they will participate in the lesson hook which includes a prediction activity, a map talk, and a shared reading. Then, they will participate in an info-gap running dictation. Finally, students will learn more geography facts!

The materials are stored in a Google Drive folder that is accessed via a clickable link in the product download.
