This Jeopardy game includes 20 questions and answers with additional details, all in Spanish, written for Novice language students. The categories are "El 15 de septiembre" (countries that celebrate their independence on September 15), "El inglés en español" (English words that come from Spanish words), "Hispano-americanos famosos" (Famous latin americans), "Curiosidades sobre los hispanos" (fun and interesting facts about hispanics), and "La historia de la celebración" (The history of Hispanic Heritage Month in the US). The slideshow is included in PPT and PDF format, and answer cards are included to use as an "answer bank", since students are not expected to know the information included in the game before it is played.
